ECO-T®
Andermatt Eco-T® – Biological Fungicide & Root Health Promoter

Eco-T® harnesses the beneficial fungus Trichoderma asperellum strain KD to suppress soil-borne pathogens (e.g., Pythium, Rhizoctonia, Phytophthora, Fusarium) while enhancing root growth. This fungal inoculant colonises plant root systems, forming a protective barrier against diseases and improving nutrient uptake efficiency through symbiotic relationships.

The wettable powder formulation ensures optimal spore viability and soil persistence. When applied, Trichoderma spores germinate rapidly, producing enzymes that degrade pathogen cell walls and compete for ecological niches. This dual action provides long-term disease suppression while stimulating root hair development for increased water/nutrient absorption.

Key Features:
• Organic-certified (suitable for organic farming systems).
• Complements chemical fungicides in integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
• Enhances stress tolerance to drought and disease pressure.
• No residues or withholding period – safe for harvest-day use.

Do you know the nutrient content of your soil?

Ensuring your soil is a healthy and productive medium for your crops is among the most important things you can do as a farmer. Without the correct levels of nutrients, crops won’t achieve their maximum yield potential. Understanding your soil nutrients is a critical first step before purchasing fertilisers or other inputs (that you may not need!)
