DEMETER RIZOLIQ GROUNDNUT & COWPEA
High-Efficiency Inoculant for Optimal Nitrogen Fixation

Demeter Rizoliq Groundnut & Cowpea delivers Bradyrhizobium strains specifically adapted to West African soils, achieving 25-30% higher nodulation compared to indigenous rhizobia. The liquid formulation ensures ≥ 1 × 109 CFU/mL viable bacteria, with Osmo-Protective Technology enhancing spore survival under Ghana’s variable climatic conditions.

This inoculant’s TOP Technology primes rhizobia for rapid root colonisation, reducing the nodulation lag period to 5-7 days post-germination. Field trials in Ghana’s Northern Region demonstrate 20% average yield increases in groundnuts and 15% in cowpeas, equivalent to 50–75 kg/ha of synthetic nitrogen fertiliser savings.

Key Features:
• Strain specificity: Selected for high infectivity in acidic, low-fertility soils.
• Drought tolerance: Maintains efficacy under <500 mm annual rainfall.
• Chemical compatibility: Safe with thiram-based seed dressings.
• Organic certification: Approved for ECOCERT systems.

Do you know the nutrient content of your soil?

Ensuring your soil is a healthy and productive medium for your crops is among the most important things you can do as a farmer. Without the correct levels of nutrients, crops won’t achieve their maximum yield potential. Understanding your soil nutrients is a critical first step before purchasing fertilisers or other inputs (that you may not need!)
