Born and raised in Accra, Enoch has 15 years of experience in management and runs the sales and procurement functions in Ghana.

Benjamin Klu Adevu

Benjamin has an Mphil from the University for Development Studies, Ghana, and 13 years of experience in the Ghanaian agriculture sector with extensive knowledge in greenhouse production and management, as well as open-field commercial farms producing vegetables, cereals and tree crops. Specialities include: designing and implementing plant protection, fertigation protocols and crop management protocols and other agro-techniques.

William Hunt

William has spent 6 years managing agriculture projects in Ghana. He has a Master's degree in Sustainable Development and is passionate about growing Ghana's agricultural sector.

Edward Mawutor

Edward is ACA qualified and has 10 years of experience in accounting.

Edwina Amofah-Baafi

Edwina has 15 years of experience in leading companies such as Rabito and Africa Health Holdings. A professional with extensive experience in managing organizations in Manufacturing, Agriculture, Financial Services, Health Services and Real Estate Industries. She holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK.

Rocco Falconer

Since founding Sierra Leone-based social enterprise Planting Promise in 2008 Rocco has developed and exited seven businesses. He continues to be passionate about social enterprise, investment and the expedition of economic and social development in West Africa.

Bartie Stagg

Bartie has headed operations for Demeter for 6 years. Before joining Demeter he spent three years in Oil and Gas consulting.

Nash Suilemana

Nash sits on both the board of the Global Shea Alliance and the Soya Bean Growers Association. He has over 40 years of experience in Ghana’s agricultural sector.

Gilbert Azure Adams

Gilbert is a marketing expert with 10 years experience in Ghana’s cocoa, agri-inputs and NGO sectors. Before joining Demeter he was the Dynamic Agroforestry Market Development Manager for Serendipalm where he developed a marketing channel for farm produce in the German Government Funded project.

Frank Thomas Osei Tutu

Frank has 7 years of experience in the agriculture sector since obtaining a BSc in Agricultural Science from KNUST. He joined Demeter Ghana from Touton SA-ELIHO and is internationally certified with AgroStudies (Israel) in irrigation farming and greenhouse technologies.

Freddie Monk

Freddie joined Demeter Holdings from EY’s Strategy Consulting Practice, where he focussed on Growth, Proposition Development and New Market Entry. He supports Demeter Ghana’s Strategy and Finance functions.

Esther has over 8 years of experience in people management, 5 of which have been spent leading Demeter Ghana’s HR function.
